Here are some photos of the ****-Virus that were released a few hours ago. The Virus has both characteristics of some type of unknown cyborg and a rabies virus. When any question is asked pertaining to the virus, the UMBRELLA corp has no comment.
(By the way, you can't see in the picture, but the light sensor is working in the center of the cyborg piece)

NEWS UPDATE

A Photo has been released giving researchers clues on how to stop the virus. This photo was taken by a lab just outside of Austria. It is the structure of the similar rabies virus which is attached to the Cyborg half not shown in the picture. The virus was singled out from a subject (zombie) somewhere from the middle east.


As of right now across the world people are stocking up on Firearms and survival supplies. Tv broadcasts have ceased. The only communication is with radio and internet. The current emergency info station in the north west is AM 1670. It is recommended you stay inside your homes and board up the windows.

As soon as more information in gathered, the National Guard will be slipping a safety pamphlet under your front door. This information will be critical to follow after all means of communication are cut off. Say goodbye to your loved ones, the zombie apocalypse has begun.

Update on the ****-Virus...

There has been a recent discovery about the ****-Virus. A foreign lab (The A*****'s National Laboratory) has singled out the virus and analyzed its effects on the human brain under close microscope. The ****-Virus acts very similar to the RABIES virus. The rabies virus is caused by the strand of an RNA virus which attacks the brain and spinal column, which then causes the infected to loose all sense of free will..... Further research is required to explain how the virus is able to make humans so rabid.

ok, here is my pitch....

In the sometime (very near) future....
The world has become overpopulated. There are so many doctors, antibiotics, drugs, medicines, and safety devices that 'natural selection' is no more. A private company is hired by the government to do something about it. The government decides to resurrect the UMBRELLA corporation (The bioengineering pharmaceutical company that was responsible for the G-virus, T-virus, Nemesis parasite which created loads and loads of flesh eating zombies and monsters. This story also known as the RESIDENT EVIL video game series).The corporation was hired in the past to develop genetically-engineered superweapons for military purposes.
With taking prior research, the UMBRELLA corporation developed the cyborg virus called the ****-Virus (name has not been released to the public).
The Virus is ingested through the stomach and within 48 hours, the nervous system shuts down and the human body is uncontrollable. The human brain eventually shuts down, leaving the 'zombie' with just a crave for living flesh. The zombies look very similar the humans infected with 'rage' in the move 28 DAYS LATER.
The ****-Virus was strategically placed throughout the world, while still being hidden from the public, the United States government decided to distribute the virus through the pharmaceutical company B****. Official documents show that B**** was well aware that the products were contaminated, but were unable to say a word.

The ****-Virus Spreads.

The virus would not spread like a zombie virus, it does not reproduce. The only cyborgs out there are the millions created by UMBRELLA.

The virus was created to decrease world population, thinking that for every one person it infects, that infected would kill at least one other.

The virus was made so that the detonation of the electromagnetic bio-weapon, developed by UMBRELLA, would send out a pulse which would shut down every cyborg, thus killing its host.

Not only does virus help with overpopulation, but it also creates its own race of humans pooled together from a so called 'man-made' natural selection. This whole act could also be looked at as a eugenics movement. Eugenics movements are not unknown to man... Nazi eugenics and the Aryan race is an infamous example, but look it up, its happening all over the world.

ideas for cyborg

ok so here are some of my ideas so far.

A cyborg that you drop into your engine when changing the oil in you car. This bug will then run through your engine, cleaning it until you change your oil again.

A cyborg that sits in your kitchen window and kills insects before they come inside.

A cyborg that kills zombies.

A cyborg that stuns homeless people until they are picked up and taken elsewhere.

Oh Crap... almost forgot.

Ok, so first we are gonna have an intro giving just a small explanation about what we filmed... along with the title of our movie. The title is gonna pop up along with a cheesy horror movie sound effect. I guess you can call this chapter 1.

storyboard update

i really cant wait until me and my group start filming. we are coming up with so many ideas and anticipating how they are going to come out. The way our film is going to be set up allows us to have a bunch of different ideas all on the same theme. I am in the process of moving apartments right now and am unable to reach my printer/scanner. I cannot upload my sotryboards, but i hope that bringing them into class with me will be ok. i can upload them as soon as my printer is in the same place as my laptop.

subliminal

It just an idea, but when thinking of technology and subliminal after reading the story "subliminal man", i was reminded about the san jose semaphore. Invention of the day...

This is the invention that i chose for my digital media class. i liked it because it seems very possible and at the same time we should be able to develop person assistants for helping disabled people. it is still in its 'looks real from the pictures' stage. but i think it could work.

Here is what i did for the 'Expose Yourself' project. I chose the media art profile on the website http://wwwwwwwww.jodi.org/ . It is a website that you have to check out just to see what its meaning is. While looking at the site i don't think anyone would be able to figure it out. The site is full of endless animations, topographical drawings, random text, and just gibberish. For whatever reason, if one is curious about the websites source code, you can open it and reveal a mock-up blueprint of a hydrogen bomb. This goes to show that there is just so much more to the internet than just, the very popular, 'surfing'. People just need to know how and where to look. learning to hack might be a good idea nowadays.
